St Andrew by the Sea gives to Bluffton Self Help

Endowment Fund presents a check from the Endowment Fund for $8,000 to Peter
Bromley(right), Board President of Bluffton Self Help while Rev. Neil Yongue (center),
Senior Pastor  of Saint Andrews’s looks on.  This grant is one of the largest
ever made by the Endowment Fund and will be used to help build a new facility
for Bluffton Self Help.
