Joan is so kind and sweet. She is willing to do anything that needs to be done and always does so with a smile! She has been helping on Thursdays when we have large food drives to sort, but has also been helping to make distribution bags on Wednesdays.

Q: What do you think other people should know about Bluffton Self Help?
A: The great number of persons served right here in our own community.
Q: Why do you continue to support Bluffton Self Help?
A: It gives me a sense of purpose and connection to the community.
Q: Is there a particular moment, memory that stands out to you while volunteering?
A: Too many good memories to count. Our fellow shift volunteers have become our friends.
