Client Advocate – Hardeeville
Every neighbor’s journey is different. As a Client Advocate, you’ll walk alongside individuals and families as they overcome barriers, navigate resources, and build brighter futures. Through compassionate guidance, meaningful relationships, and personalized support, you’ll help connect neighbors with the programs and community resources they need to achieve greater stability and self-sufficiency. We’re looking for a collaborative, solutions-focused professional with experience in case management, human services, or client advocacy who is passionate about serving others and making a lasting impact in the Lowcountry.
