At Bluffton Self Help, we often say that it takes a village to build a stronger, healthier, and more resilient community. This week, that example came to life in the form of mops, elbow grease, and a collaborative spirit thanks to the incredible team from Publix Store #1205 (Buckwalker Place).
Led by Store Manager Bri Moomey, Assistant Customer Service Manager Wes Carter, and Customer Service Team Leader Shane Thingelstad, this crew rolled up their sleeves, got down to business, and left The Market brighter in more ways than one.
Their time, talent, and teamwork reminded us once again what’s possible when local businesses invest in their community—not just with donations, but with their presence and effort.
The Market at Bluffton Self Help is more than just a grocery store. It’s a space where neighbors can access nutritious food with dignity, receive support, and experience the care of a connected community. Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment is part of how we honor and serve those who walk through our doors—and it takes all of us to make that possible.
