Bluffton Self Help is seeking case managers to assist the program development. These client advocates will be responsible for working direct with clients in crisis to assist in support, resources, tools and education. Candidates must have strong case management background, strong interpersonal skills and experience navigating community programs. Must be passionate around advancing our clients growth and nimble as we work to expand our programs. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
