Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Stefanie Laugen relocated from Texas to Bluffton with her family in Julio of 2020. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with an emphasis in English. While teaching in various positions in both public and independent schools since 2006, Stefanie has had a passion for serving her community through volunteer efforts. She brings a wide range of experience partnering with several non-profit organizations. When she’s not busy chasing her three children, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Pete, going to the beach, running, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

“I am thrilled to join the Bluffton Self Help team and eager to further the mission of empowering Lowcountry neighbors to improve their lives,” says Stefanie.
